Fantastic suggestions ❣️

I rarely eat breakfast... 2 cups of coffee/latte whit MCT powder and Coco or cinnamon is my start of the day. When I'm hungry, I usually eat 2-3 eggs or yogurt / kefir with some fruits.

Probably My fasting window is too long.

Is it better to have breakfast instead of fasting?

That seems to be an ongoing debate. I would say it’s more important to have intermittent fasting where your digestive system has 12 or more hours to rest and digest. For people who like to keep their eating window between eight and 10 hours they will often want to eat breakfast a little later because they’ll generally want to be eating the last meal of the day with family and friends. Ben Azadi‘s new book Metabolic Freedom talks a bit about this. On the other hand, I’m just finishing Dr. Mercola’s new Book Cellular Energy and he’s recommending that you eat breakfast early shortly after rising. I find that I’m not immediately hungry first thing in the morning and so I tried to follow the cues of my body and eat my first meal when I feel hungry. That’s often at leasta couple of hours after I get up.
